こちらではhakchi2 CEでブートスクリーンを変更する方法を紹介します

Toolsタブ→Boot splash→Change boot splashで1280x720の画像ファイルを読み込む
Disable boot splashでブートスクリーンを非表示に
Reset to defaultでブートスクリーンをデフォルトのものに変更
